In this cottage a lot of attention has been paid to beautiful interior details. The house is best suited for a family of children, where children can spend a lot of energy in the pool area. In the game room there are billiards, table tennis and a small bar. In the kitchen of the house you can expect 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. The surroundings are beautiful, within walking distance is the child-friendly sandy beach. Here you can also take beautiful walks. The coast hosts beautiful sandy beaches and in the hinterland the landscape is full of contrasts. As an excursion destination we recommend the Vor Frue church in Kalundborg, it has 5 towers. Visit with your family also the Sommerland Sjælland or the islands Sejerø and Nekselø from the ferry port Havnsø. On the first island you can see prehistoric tombs and churches with lime paintings and the latter has interesting bird life. The house can also be used for small corporate arrangements, as there are white board and projector, as well as a fast internet connection and a screen. Visit with the family at Sommerland Sjælland, something for childlike souls of all ages. You might also visit the fairy-tale Dragsholm Castle, dating back to the 14th century. It houses a ghost and an excellent gourmet restaurant. Also visit the port of Rørvig, here you can expect a cozy atmosphere, a fish smokehouse, an associated restaurant and the ferry connection to North Zealand. Enjoy smoked fish here while your children catch crabs on the pier. On the glacial Odsherred headland you will feel like you are in a geopark. On it you will find along the Tumulus Road, with the barrows and burial mounds, witnesses of the Stone and Bronze Ages, the remains of a forest village in Ulkerup abandoned 300 years ago, the Hempel Glass Museum and in the Odsherred Museum the copy of the sun chariot found in the Trundholm Mose bog. You will also see the erratic boulder Lommesten and the castle Næsholm Borg, which stands on a small island in the lake Nygård Sø between Højby and Nykøbing Sj. Children will love to see the many fire engines at the Odsherred Fire Museum, or you can go on a seal safari from the harbor in Rørvig.
