About this apartment rental
The city of Winterberg is located in the middle of the “thousand mountains”. Up here in the Rothaar Mountains - on the "Roof of the Sauerland" - lies the Haus Schneekappe with its comfortably furnished holiday apartments.
As the last “Haus am Platz”, guests can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view over the mountains of the Sauerland to Hesse at around 740m.
The Bikepark Winterberg with its downhill, enduro and slopestyle routes and the internationally known Winterberg bobsleigh run are located directly adjacent to the property. Since the small access road ends here and there is therefore no through traffic, everything happens on foot or by bike: after a few meters you can get to the ski lift carousel Winterberg on foot. The attractions of the adventure mountain with its panoramic bridge, the summer toboggan run, the mini golf course and the climbing forest are also immediately accessible. It takes less than five minutes to get to the Rothaarsteig on foot. And if you want to go to the center of Winterberg, you can reach it after a 15-20 minute walk.

FERIENWOHNUNG I comprises two levels:
SLEEP
Bedroom # 1: double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom # 2: double bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom # 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
On request you can connect both apartments (up to 12 people).
Fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are part of our service and are included in the rental price. If the rental period is longer than 10 days, fresh towels will be given in the meantime.
KITCHEN
Electric / gas and grill cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, blender, blender, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils are available.
The kitchen is in the basement. The food prepared here arrives directly in the dining room via a dining elevator!
SANITARY
Bathroom # 1 with bath / shower and toilet
Bathroom # 2 with shower and toilet
Guest toilet in the basement
LIVING ROOM
Fireplace: A basic supply of firewood and kindling are available.
Large TV with cable TV and BlueRay player
BALCONY and TERRACE
Seating furniture with cushions and parasols and a grill are available for free use.

Internet (WiFi) is freely available.
In the basement we have a large library with numerous books for children and adults as well as toys for free use. In the winter, a sledge is waiting to be used.
Washer and dryer are at your disposal.
There are sufficient guest parking spaces in the in-house parking lot and opposite the house.
There are bike racks on the house, alternatively bicycles and winter sports equipment can be safely parked in the entrance hallway.
Pets - Easy-care dogs are welcome - there is no surcharge of 5 € / night, which has to be charged extra!

Das Ferienhaus hat die ideale Lage um ins Skikarussell in Winterberg einzusteigen. Man benötigt kein Auto.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr großes Haus mit gemütlicher Wohnung! Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensein ein.
Die Umgebung bietet viele Aktivitäten und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in winterberg. Kort bij de skigebieden.
Leuk huis met alles er op en aan .
Nadeel vonden we dat de keuken niet op dezelfde verdieping was .
Verders alles naar onze wensen.
