old Breton house 900 m from the sea in paimpol bay, facing the island of bréhat; nearby: paimpol the port of icelandic, loguivy de la mer, lézardrieux and the trieux estuary, tréguier, the granite coast pink, many hiking trails.

Joëlle und Jean Pierre sind überaus gastfreundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Das Haus ist sauber und entsprechend dem Alter (1848) in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Kontakt war stets möglich und zuverlässig.
Der Strand ( steinig) ist mit Steigung zu erreichen, Wanderwege sind schön, wenn man Wandern mag.
Wir haben allerdings den Aufenthalt nach einer Woche abgebrochen, weil der Verkehrslärm für uns zu laut war. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung auf dem Weg nach Paimpol. Über Tag ist der Verkehr dort stark, Nachts Ist es ruhiger, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen ist keine Erholung, wie wir sie im Urlaub brauchen. Im Garten zu sitzen oder zu entspannen fiel uns bei lautem Autoverkehr sehr schwer. Die Gastgeber waren bereit uns 1/4 der Miete zu erlassen.
