Das Anwesen ist etwa 10-15 Minuten von Benidorm entfernt. Es ist eine ruhige Urbanisation, in der nicht nur Urlauber wohnen. Das Haus hat viele Stufen, das ist wichtig zu wissen, wenn man es mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder älteren Menschen nutzen möchte. Die Dusche im Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ziemlich eng. Die Küche ist funktionell und - mit Ausnahme einer Spülmaschine - mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Einkaufen kann man in den großen Supermärkten am Ortseingang von Benidorm, nur gut 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad in der Urbanisation ist sehr praktisch und hat die ideale Größe für Kinder und Erwachsene. Die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt. Da es sich um Doppelhaushälften handelt, ist es wichtig, den Geräuschpegel im normalen Bereich zu halten, vor allem, wenn man z.B. draußen auf der Terrasse speisen möchte. Die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss bietet etwas Privatsphäre zum Sonnenbaden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung komfortabel und wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern und vier Erwachsenen gut eingelebt. Nach einem sonnigen Tag am Strand von Benidorm ist es sehr praktisch, direkt ins Schwimmbad zu gehen.

Graag gezelliger verlichting in de woonkamer. Andere, steviger kleerhangers in de kast. Zijn kleine opmerkingen. Over het geheel , zeer tevreden.. Komen terug!

Estuvimos 8 días y muy a gusto. No se oyen ruidos .el sitio es tranquilo y muy cómodo para pasar unos días. Está limpio y dispones de 2 patios cerrados con lo que nuestra mascota pudo disfrutar suelto por la casa sin miedo a que escapara y nos facilitaron cuna y trona para el bebé . Si volvemos por Benidorm volverémls

Het huis ligt op een goede locatie; heel rustig, maar toch alle voorzieningen in de buurt. Het huis dient echter nodig te worden gerenoveerd. Ook de inrichting is zeer gedateerd en de bedden zijn uiterst slecht. Uitzicht op zee, maar wel heel jammer dat je vanuit het balkon en de tuin uitkijkt op een bouwplaats
