In our cozy new apartment in the bungalow style for 2 persons (3rd Person charges) from a fully equipped open plan kitchen with living area, sofa bed, dining area, flat screen TV and a double bedroom and a shower available.
The apartment is very quiet on a cul 30 m away from a quiet side street and is of your parking in two times 3 steps to the level reached.
The entrance area is the open fireplace in the covered patio, a small open terrace, particularly in the warmer weather for breakfast lends itself almost. Enjoy the evenings by the fireplace with a good bottle of wine our hobby vineyard. There may of course be smoked, while this is not allowed in the apartment. In order to accommodate many guests with allergies, we unfortunately can not accept pets. We ask for your understanding.
Allergy can be supplied with suitable bedding, laminate tiles in Tuscan style are easy to keep clean and give the house dust no chance.

Alles bestens und sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen und die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war hervorragend.

Die FEWO ist wunderschön. Wir wurden herzlich, sogar mit kleinen Geschenken, begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank lag eine Grundversorgung. Es fehlte an nichts. Es war absoltu leise, Tag und Nacht! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von da aus kann man die gesamte Mosel mit dem Auto erkunden.

Vorzüge:
Schöne Wohnung, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die bei Wünschen äußerst entgegenkommend sind. Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderschöner Garten, den man vom Tisch aus sieht.
Nachteil:
Bett leider viel zu weich (für uns)
