About this apartment rental
Our guesthouse has 4 apartments with luxurious facilities in two size categories. It is located in the Thuringian Forest near Oberhof Rennsteig (about 3 km), directly at the idyllic Lütsche- Reservoir, an approximately 14-acre lake.
This location allows hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing friends to start their tours directly at the holiday home. In addition, invites the surrounding area for walks with beautiful views, a lake and the Thuringian basin.
Directly behind the house next to the forest, it can be at the private barbecue relax, and in summer the lake at your doorstep refreshing dip with excellent water quality. Furthermore, guests are offered cards for anglers.
There are many opportunities to learn new things for those interested in culture and nature lovers. Due to the good transport links can be reached in addition to local destinations and the state capital Erfurt with its picturesque Old Town and the historical cities of Weimar and Eisenach in 45 minutes.
Both tailored to two apartments with lake views are tastefully furnished, and equipped with a size of 45 square meters (attic apartment) and 52 sqm living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A modern sofa bed in the living room has two additional full and comfortable beds.
For larger families or groups are two spacious apartments with 62 square meters (attic apartment) and 75 square meters and are outfitted with the use of the sofa beds in the living room in each room for a maximum of six people. These apartments are tastefully furnished and offer a wonderful view of the lake and the wooded surroundings.
Our youngest guests can look forward to an age of 12 years old on free nights, if necessary also in a cot.
Whether cozy movie night, exciting sports event or just the day of vacation pictures can reminisce, the way you want it in an attractive Media Wall integrated 40 "LED TV with HD receivers. A CD radio provides additional entertainment. With Internet (DSL) and telephone flatrate to German landlines is available you a comprehensive communication package.
Who the holidays would like to round off leisurely, is invited to browse through the varied shaped bookshelf to use the games or enjoy the nearby campfire at directly behind the cottage private barbecue area with fireplace.
In the kitchen is a dining table large enough for all the guests and if necessary there is a highchair available. They are equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a wide range of cooking utensils.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. This applies to check out with more than one night. Are you one night our guest, we charge a cleaning fee of 30 €.
Pets are allowed. Please understand that regardless of the length of your stay, for dog a lump sum of 25 € will be charged.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Ferienwohnung (wir hatten die Dachwohnung) ist mega sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und gemuetlich. Die Betten waren sehr gut, da ich selber chronisch rueckenlrank bin ist dies fuer mich immer sehr wichtig. Die Matratzen waren mittelhart und nicht durchgelegen. Die Gastgeberin ist perfekt: kommunikativ, sehr hilfsbereit und das alles ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen könnten die vielen Treppen ein Problem sein (Außen-Treppen zum Haus hoch).

Perfekte Wohnung zum Besuch des Biathlon Weltcup in OBerhof. Wohnung sauber und alles vorhanden. Gastgeber sehr nett und Kommunikativ. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, ausreichend groß für zwei Personen und zwei kleine Hunde, es war alles da was man benötigte. Die Lage ist super, man kann direkt von der Unterkunft loslaufen und einige schöne Wanderungen machen. Wir haben dort Silvester verbracht, weil wir für uns und vor allem unsere Hunde Ruhe suchten. Auch wenn man das Silvesterfeuerwerk von Oberhof hört und auch der weiter hinten gelegene Campingplatz Feuerwerk macht (das hatte mir die Vermieterin schon im Vorab geschrieben), war es absolut erträglich und vor allem auch nicht allzu lange. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal hinfahren.
