Child friendly, comfortable apartment block "Falkner", renovated. 100 m from the centre of Längenfeld, in a central, sunny position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Längenfeld Abzw Aquadome" 220 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 24.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 26 km. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und hat eine ruhige Lage. Hallenbad, Dampfbad, Sauna, usw. bieten auch bei schlechtem Wetter viel Abwechslung. Leider war unsere Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Furnier hat sich an den Möbeln abgelöst, auf dem Balkon waren einige Bodenbretter quasi durchgemodert und haben sich nach oben gebogen. Leider ist der Fahrradraum im UG, die E-Bikes passen nicht in den Aufzug und müssen getragen werden.

Tolles Gebäude in toller Lage mit viel Extras (Hallenbad, Sauna, etc.) Allerdings ist das Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen dringend nötig. So ware unser Zimmer zwar super sauber, die Möbel aber sehr stark abgenutzt, das Furnier an den Ecken weg. Ebenso war der Holzboden der Terasse an einigen Stellen durchgemodert, es waren Löcher drin, und die Dielen stand hoch. Ebenso das Balkongeländer.
Wie gesagt, tolles Objekt, aber es wird Zeit etwas zu tun.
Leider mussten wir unsere E-Bikes in den Keller (Skistiefelraum) tragen, da in den Aufzug keine Fahrräder passen.

Klobürste defekt duschschlauch undicht. Wäre gut gewesen wenn Toaster und wasserkocher vor Ort gewesen wäre. Hausnummer fehlte. Schlüssel wussten wir nicht wo zu finden ist besser jemand bei Anreise vor Ort.
