Rustic country house "Grilli", surrounded by fields. 3.5 km from the centre of Scansano, in a secluded, quiet position, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property, orchard. Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, grocery 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, sandy beach 30 km pebble beach 35 km. The property is fenced and in a magnificent panoramic position.

Gut ausgestattete Haus. Sicher trotz einsamer Lage durch von innen verschließbare rustikale Fensterläden. Fliegenfenster. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Vermieter- Ehepaar, das allerdings nur italienisch spricht. Winderbaret Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse bis zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einzelnes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und Blick bis zum Meer. Man fühlt sich trotz der einsamen Lage sicher, da alle Fenster von innen mit rustikalen Fensterläden verschließbar sind. Fliegenfenster. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die allerdings nur italienisch sprechen. Anregung: Stehlampe am Sofa für abendliche Lesestunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, allerdings sehr abgewohnte Ausstattung. Der Kühlschrank sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse war eher nutzlos (max. Schattenfläche 1.5qm). Ein Vordach, Markise oder Sonnensegel wären sinnvoll, um heisse Tage auf der sehr grossen Terrasse verbringen zu können. Relativ verwahrloster Garten.
