About this apartment rental
The GardenView Apartments & Suites is only a few kilometers away from the spa town of Bad Kissingen, one of the Great Spas of Europe and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The property is ideal for families with children, holidays with friends or relatives, and business travelers for up to 6 persons in the three apartment bedroom. A sleeping sofa is available in each apartment for 3 additonal persons.
The Double Apartment Suite is suitable for up to 4-6 guests in two separate bedrooms and two sofa beds in each living room. The total size is 120 square meters with a common entrance for both apartments. Each apartment has a large bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom or shower room. Bed sheets, linen, towels, kitchen and toilet paper are included. The size of Apartment 1 is 68 square meters and Apartment 2 is 53 square meters with a capacity of up to 3 persons in each apartment. The Maisonette Apartment is suitable for 3 persons and features a private 24 square meter covered outdoor lounge terrace for relaxing, dining, and entertainment purposes.
These spacious accommodations are perfect for families with children, visiting friends, or business travelers. Here, you will relax in the private comfort of your home away from home.
The following optional services may also be booked (subject to availability):
1) Private barbeque area with use of a professional-grade grill, charcoal grill, and additional patio seating decks surrounded by greenery and trees for events, entertainment, or relaxation for small groups.
2) Entertainment Package per Event or Party. The use of a bluetooth music partybox speaker and microphone for karaoke are included for one social event or party. Additional daily fees apply. This package will be subject to a damage deposit and-or signed confirmation of personal insurance.
3) Private Deluxe Sauna. The sauna package includes access to the on-site deluxe sauna and relaxation area with a capacity of up to 4-6 persons at a time. The use of bathrobes for up to 6 persons, wellness juices, and mineral water are included.
4) Self-service covered bar seating terrace with select wines, gourmet coffee station, and wellness juices.
5) Two additional fully-furnished apartments, located nearby in the spa town of Bad Kissingen, may also be booked for up to 3-4 additional persons in each apartment.
Up to 16 people for private family or events can be accommodated within our MN-Ferienwohnungen property group (the GardenView Triple Apartment in Nüdlingen for up to 9 persons and the Studio Apartment and Ferienwohnung Maria directly in Bad Kissingen for 3 additional persons in each apartment.
A separate booking for the additional apartments in Bad Kissingen is required for larger groups at the property in Nüdlingen.

Wir fanden eine modern eingerichtete, komfortable Wohnung vor. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die große Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters bei all unseren Fragen. Wir haben von Bad Kissingen aus sehr schöne Tageswanderungen unternommen. Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert.

2 Wohnungen mit gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich, perfekt für 2Familien. In den Wohnungen ist alles vorhanden, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Besonders schön ist der kleine, zur Wohnung gehörende Garten, bei warmen Wetter das kühle lauschige Wohn- und Spielzimmer. Wanderwege starten in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man auch häufig auf das Auto verzichten kann.
Dank an die immer netten Vermieter, die, statt sich zu beschweren dem kranken, nächtelang weinendem Baby ein Geschenk brachten.
