About this house rental
The TRIKORFO houses are situated on a beautiful, gently sloping hillside on a large lawn and garden property close to the sea, above the fine sandy Trikorfo bay on the western coast of the peninsula Sithonia.
Gnarled olive trees, tall palm and pine trees between the houses shade the area in hot summer days. The arrangement of the houses, either 2 or 3 next to each other, well separated, creates the impression of a small village. The complex is separated into two residential areas, one near the beach and the other approx. 350 meters from the beach on a small hill above the coast road. The lower part of the property is accessible via road underpass.
Tastefully and comfortably furnished junior sea side maisonette, bathroom renovated in 2015 and complete renewal of the furniture in 2016. On the ground floor of the house there is the living/dining room with adjacent kitchen area and direct access to a covered terrace and the garden. 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor. The property has 2 basketball courts and 2 playgrounds. There is a Greek tavern just above the beach. The gently sloping beach is between 70 meters away and can be reached via stairs or a ramp. Parasols and sunbeds are available at the beach for a fee. The owners are in charge of assigning the different houses. Laundry service is available for a fee. Child care can be arranged on request at extra cost. The tavern at the beach within the facility is open until 1st of October.

Wir waren Ende Mai, Anfang Juni mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. An den Strand sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Wir hatten den Strand meistens für uns allein. Das Restaurant Elia hat erst im Juni geöffnet. Hier wurden dann auch am Strand einige Liegen aufgebaut. In der Hochsaison könnte hier mehr los sein.
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Im Garten gab es zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich das Doppelbett könnte eine Nummer größer sein. 140 cm ist sehr klein, wenn noch ein oder zwei Kinder mit ins Bett kommen. Für Supermarkt und Restaurants wird ein Auto benötigt oder ein Fahrrad. Wir haben alles mit dem Rad gemacht.

Viel besser als erwartet.
Wir haben am Strand unter der Anlage geheiratet und haben unsere gesamte Hochzeitsgruppe in der Anlage untergebracht. Alle Gäste waren begeistert von der Unterkunft, der Lage und dem Service.
Wunderschö, neu und gepflegt. Sowohl die Häuser als auch die Anlage.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die Rezeptionistin Kiki haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Wir durften auch die Besitzer kennenlernen. Ein sehr nettes und aufmerksames Paar. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle unsere Anfragen und Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt und umgesetzt. Wir haben aufgrund dieser positiven Erfahrung beschlossen alle 5 Jahre wiederzukommen um unseren Hochzeitstag zu feiern.
Sehr empfehlenswert und jeden Cent wert wobei wir finden, dass der Preis sehr günstig ist für das was man bekommt.
Zu Jassu: Wir wurden während der gesamten Planung gut begleitet und beraten. Besonders in der unsicheren Zeit wegen der Corona Epidemie war immer ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für uns erreichbar. Wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen und haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Vielen Dank euch. Diese wunderschöne Hochzeitsfeier ist auch durch euch ein perfekter Moment unseres Lebens geworden.

Tolle Anlage, wunderschönes Haus, super nette Rezeptionistin, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Der Strand mit flachem, kinderfreundlichen Verlauf befindet sich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
