The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house or apartment building built in 1964, renovated in 2023, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue area, and garden furniture. The balcony (2 tables, 5 chairs) is accessible via the hallway and for exclusive use.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Smoking is not permitted in the property or on the balcony. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments in the house: SWW HOS 001 (2 people), SWW HOS 002 (1 person), SWW HOS 003 (3 people), SWW HOS 004 (1 person) and SWW HOS 005 (2 people). The house is situated above the spa park with a view of the forest. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. Lockable carport for bicycles.
