About this house rental
The house is situated in a little hamlet near Audierne. The property is 2000 sq. m large and allows a far view over a nature reserve, from the first floor you can even see the beach. The house was built in 2003, a large living room with a kitchen integrated is in the ground floor. In the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Round about the house is a terrace going to the south, west and north-west. In a few minutes you reach the coast or the large beach which is guarded during July and August. Youcan have long walks along the coast on the 'sentier cotier' or in the nature reserve which gives you rest and recovery also in the season of spring, autumn and winter.
Climate: You have a balanced climate throughout the whole year, in summertime modestly warm, never too hot, in wintertime scarcely under 10 grades Celsius. There is a modern central heating in the house (from the floor), so you can live there comfortably even in the transitional and winter period. In this time you can fully relax having absolutely rest and calmness far away from the usual tourism.

The house was ideally located just a few 100s metres from the beach with lots and lots of lovey walks to enjoy. The house itself was very comfortable, luminous and spotlessly clean. It was also very well equipped for our week-long stay. We enjoyed our time in Esquibien and we'll be back at the end of the summer.

Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in diesem schönen hellen Haus einen wunderbaren Bretagne Urlaub verbringen. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt, auch seine Lage. Wir wünschen uns ein Wiedersehen!

Wir haben die Silvesterwoche dort verbracht. Schöne Lage, wenige Meter zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Toller, entspannter Urlaub.
