About this house rental
Dream vacation for 2 people in all seasons on the "most beautiful island"
the mildest climate of the Adriatic for active and lazy people.
Magical, comfortable stone house with fantastic sea views in a listed,
beautiful village Velo Grablje on the south side of the island 6 km from the
Hvar town located.
The house is located on the edge of the village on a 900 sqm terrace garden plot
- before that only intact nature, the sea and the islands!
On the ground floor: 1 living-dining room, chic kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher,
Fridge. Shower room (washing machine) .Wifi and satellite TV
Upstairs: a spacious bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double bed and
1 single bed.
In front of the cozy living room on the terrace, you can have a glass of wine
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in your hand over the sea.
The beach is via a road or an enchanted hiking trail
3.8km.
The calm and the fragrance, the unspoilt coast, wild flowering nature, ancient cultural
significant, well-kept places, lavender and rosemary fields, olive, almond and
Mandarin groves, the friendly, relaxed population, the good culinary
The range and the numerous sport and excursion opportunities inspire the growing
"Fan base" of the island.
You can easily get there either by car via the ferry from Split or by
Plane also to Split and with a rental car.
The house was completely renovated in 2011 and optimized every year.

We had a wonderful six days. The house and views are wonderful, just as described. Valerie was kind and very attentive. It does help if you like cats, which we do, as they were always around.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful stone house in Velo Grablje, Island Hvar, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and providing valuable tips to explore the area.
The house itself was a true gem. The charming stone architecture added a rustic touch, and the highlight was undoubtedly the amazing terrace. It offered breathtaking views of the serene surroundings, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. The hosts had gone the extra mile to furnish the house with high-end appliances, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
One of the things that made this place truly special was the tranquility that enveloped it. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to completely unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was the ideal escape for those seeking a serene retreat amidst nature's beauty.
Despite its serene location, the house was conveniently situated just a short 10-minute drive away from the nearest beach. This balance between being tucked away and having easy access to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were so impressed by our experience that we're already planning our next visit. The warm hospitality of the hosts and the tranquility of the surroundings make it an unforgettable destination. We can’t wait to return!

Keine Frage, die Lage, der Ausblick und die Ruhe des kleinen Häuschen ist sehr schön. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist sehr spektakulär, am besten mit einem kleinem aber PS starkem Auto, da es sehr eng und etwas steil ist. Der Dorfparkplatz ist ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Wir wurden nett und sehr hilfsbereit von unseren Vermietern empfangen, aber in dem Zuge wurde meiner Frau auch gleich gezeigt, wo das Katzenfutter und die entsprechenden Näpfe stehen damit wir die 3 hier immer anwenden Katzen versorgen können!!!!
Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht, ohne dass es in der Beschreibung mit dabei steht!
Meine Frau hat eine starke Katzenallergie und unter diesen Voraussetzungen hätten wir niemals dieses Häuschen gebucht.
Die Katzenhaare waren überall, die Auflage der, leider nur einen Liege war nicht zu benutzen und der Hängeschaukelstuhl war die meiste Zeit in Beschlag einer der Katzen. Wenn man sie nicht gefüttert hat, kratzten sie an der Türe. Das waren auch nicht irgendwelche Dorfkatzen, die ab und zu mal vorbei kommen, so wie es unsere Vermieterin begründen wollte, nein die waren immer hier und man merkte genau wo die zu Hause sind.
Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt dadurch vermiest und deshalb fällt meine Bewertung auch entsprechend aus.
