I reserved this amazing casa 6 months ahead, and I would recommend doing that, because it is a phenomenal find! The views from the windows look out over serene rolling hills of bright green vineyards that look like a picture postcard for Tuscany with San Gimignano clearly in the distance. The grounds include a huge, very clean pool (overlooking the same gorgeous view), an outside dining area with an arbor, table & chairs, and a porch with table/chairs.The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of room to hang clothes and put things into drawers. The bathroom/shower are both very nice. We stayed there for two weeks and wanted to stay longer. The Host, Concetta lives adjacent to the casa, and that makes her very available for touring recommendations and encouragement about which medieval towns to visit and when the markets are scheduled.It is imperative to have a car, as the casa is somewhat isolated, yet easy to reach from the highway. We loved the small road that in 5 minutes brought us to this view and lovely home from the highway. It is also imperative to have GPS to navigate the roads and find the various towns.I would recommend keeping the windows closed especially at night, as mosquitos visited us if we kept everything open. Concetta had a type of diffuser to plug in the wall of the casa which helped a lot. Just ask her for it if you are interested. She was a lovely Host.jDon't miss out on this Tuscany gem!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf van 7 nachten gehad. Goede uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen. Het huisje biedt een adembenemend mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden en er staan fijne bedjes.
We waren de enige huurders dus weten niet of het gehorig is. Wij hebben in ieder geval veel rust ervaren.
De gastvrouw was enorm vriendelijk en altijd bereid te helpen. We hebben een tas vol biologische citroenen gehad en als afscheid nog heerlijke koekjes.
Enige nadeel was voor ons het bed. Het matras was erg hard met een bult in het midden. Het liep aan een zijde ook wat schuim af.
Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

The property and surrounding area is beautiful and Concetta and her husband could not have been nicer! They transported us to and from the bus stop and were so very nice... we really appreciated all they did to make our stay so lovely! We’d definitely stay there again!!
