About this villa rental
Lovingly furnished with high-quality furniture and tiled in a light terracotta, the villa is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It boasts a fully-equipped, open kitchen and a 40 m², Provençal-style, living room, which leads directly to the terrace and garden. There is a dining area for 6 people and a seating area in front of the open fire. Next to the living room you find a separate, oriental-style studio for 2 p. complete with its own sink and shower. In the first floor is a large, bright bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private balcony. From here you can enjoy a nice view of the garden, surrounding Grimaud and the nearest vineyard. Next door you find an smaller bedroom for 1-2 p. with sink and shower. Outside, a spacious, roofed terrace leads right round the house and an outside grill offers you the possibility of a barbecue. Here the swimming pool is situated amidst palm and olive tree and the exclusive teak furniture just invites you to relax. A bientôt!

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans votre maison qui est en réalité encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’ équipement et l’ameublement raffinés ainsi que la piscine chauffée nous ont permis de passer d’excellents moments même sous les quelques pluies d’automne. La localisation est aussi parfaite pour visiter cette belle région avec des promenades magnifiques a 10 minutes du jardin! Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden für zwei Wochen Gäste im Haus von Jean-Christophe. Das Grundstück war für uns mit den Hunden perfekt. Eingezäunt und wunderschön begrünt mit einem Pool ganz nahe der Terrasse. Den malerischen Ort Grimaud konnte man prima fußläufig erreichen. Die Einrichtung im Haus überraschte uns mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was für uns wichtig war. Sollte etwas nicht funktionieren konnte man Jean-Christoph jederzeit ansprechen. Die vorhandene Musikauswahl aus der privaten CD-Sammlung war ein absoluter Ohrenschmaus und versüßte uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung!!!

We have spent 2 weeks in February.
The house is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
It has to be particularly nice during the summer.
In the winter time it's a little bit cold, but the owner has provided additional heating.
The neighborhood is rather calm, and Grimaud village really wonderful.
During the winter neighbors of the house below heat heavily with their fireplace which is quite annoying. Difficult to open the windows to ventilate. It is the reason why I have not put 5 stars on this point.
Once again, this is mainly spring/summer vacation house and I imagine it must be wonderful during that time of the year !
Overall it was a very nice place and we have really enjoyed the stay !

What a lovely villa in a lovely location, very easy to get to St Tropez and Grimaud.Jean-Christophe is very nice to deal with and will answer questions you may have.We would love to use the villa again it was just perfect.
