About this apartment rental
Inzell - the gateway to the Alps. What sounds like a bottle of flosks becomes reality on the spacious balcony of the three-bedroom roof studios. The characteristic valley between Falkenstein and Kienlberg, which actually reminds of a gate, is only a stone's throw away from the pretty apartment on the edge of Inzell.
Note: In some places, the apartment has the typical ceiling-like height restrictions. Also, because of the lack of cribs and high chairs, it is not suitable for toddlers.
The individually designed attic apartment (with a parking lot on the property), furnished with attention to detail, consists of a large dining / living room, which also includes a bookshelf, a flat screen TV and a cozy sofa corner. In addition, the 2017 renovated and well-insulated apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a charming bathroom with shower and two bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobes, which offer guaranteed space for their own belongings. From the dining / living room you reach the already mentioned 10m² large south-east balcony, which is blessed from sunrise to the afternoon with sun. Due to its protected position, it can be used in (almost) any weather.
The location of the apartment is probably best described with the words "close to nature". The apartment is in close proximity to a nature reserve with the Sulzbach, which winds from the Alps through the moor to the village center. The five-party house is located on a cul-de-sac in an absolutely quiet location with a clear view of lush pastures and the "Alpentor". A beautiful, fortified path through the moor leads you directly into the Inzeller Ortsmitte. There, a. Two supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, an ice cream parlor as well as local and restaurants.
Inzell offers a variety of leisure activities, whether in summer or in winter. In the summer, the numerous hiking trails, which start directly before the doorstep, offer the most beautiful natural experiences - be it during a leisurely walk or a multi-hour tour to the Bavarian Alps. Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub einfach genießen. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist kaum zu toppen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.
