About this house rental
Let yourself be pampered in this great approx. 120 m² villa with fantastic sea views on Monte Pego near Dinia. The house was built in 2004. The villa has 2 bedrooms. One with an adjacent bath. Enjoy when you wake up and get up the wonderful sea view and the pool. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold. The large living room with fireplace, German satellite TV, air conditioning hot / cold and also a fantastic view of the sea and the pool is remarkable. Adjacent is the dining room, also with air conditioning h / c and the kitchen with bar. From the living-dining room you reach the pool terrace with a view over the rice fields to the sea. Enjoy cooling off in the pool or under the covered terrace with a nice glass of wine. There is also a perfect barbecue at the BBQ.

The FGH (railway company) line L9 connects Denia with Alicante,

La casa está en una ubicación excelente, cin vistas al mar. Los techos con muy buena altura y la casa bien decorada. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, wie man es selten sieht. Es war eine Freude mit dem Gasherd zu kochen, die Speisen gelingen perfekt! Der Parkplatz, das Haus und die Poolterasse befinden sich AUF EINER EBENE! Das ist sehr komfortabel für Einkäufe, Koffer usw. Die Raumaufteilung ist mit dem separatem Bade-/Schlafbereich sehr elegant gelöst und das bei der geringen Größe des Hauses. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Mittelmeer und obwohl die Autobahn unten zu sehen war, ist es dort oben mucksmäuschenstill. Wir konnten die Ruhe wirklich genießen.
Wer einen empfindlichen Rücken hat, sollte sich, wenn er es platztechnisch ermöglichen kann, unbedingt ein Matratzen Topper mitnehmen. Die Matratzen waren für uns eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit über Rückenschmerzen und mussten Schmerzmittel einnehmen. Ebenso das Sofa im Wohnzimmer; man saß fast auf der Erde; fast durchgesessen. Es gab eine Mikrowelle; die aber nicht angeschlossen war. In der Küche vermisst haben wir eine Thermoskanne und ein Nudelsieb, was wir beides nachgekauft haben (das Nudelsieb haben wir in der Ferienwohnung hinterlassen) Auch auf mehrmaligem Nachfragen konnte man uns nicht sagen, wann der Poolreiniger kommt. Er klingelt 1x und schließt dann die Tür auf und kommt dann in die Wohnung (auch wenn man im Wohnzimmer unbekleidet auf der Massage-Liege liegen würde). Privatsphäre?
Alles in allem können wir das Haus aber empfehlen, wenn man viel Ruhe braucht und einen entspannten Urlaub fernab vom Touristentrubel verbringen möchte. Ein (Miet-)Fahrzeug ist aber ein muß.

Die Begrüßung und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich. Britta hat alles erklärt. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung treffen zu. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Villa hat eine super Lage und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Abwicklung vor Ort war perfekt. Wir hatten tolle Urlaubstage und kommen gerne wieder.
