About this house rental
The house is located above Unterweißbach directly on the edge of the forest in the idyllic nature of the Thuringian Forest with beautiful views and is suitable for hikers, peace seekers, families with children and for all active holidaymakers. The house is located directly on the hillside accessible from the garden gate via a staircase. Already when walking on the large covered balcony you are taken by the beautiful view. From here you reach the upper area of the house, which extends over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is the comfortably furnished living room with fireplace and stunning panoramic views and large windows over the entire living room front on the Thuringian Forest.
The cozy kitchen also with a view of the valley has a dining area and is fully equipped.
On this level is still a bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds. At the bottom of the house is a narrow spiral staircase. Here is a small room with a double bed (1.40 wide) the large modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and another room. On the lower terrace you will find next to garden furniture also chairs to relax and an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue.

The gently sloping forest path (about 1. 5km) from the house along the lush Unterweißbach to the center (with a small shop) is always a nice walk and also suitable for children and the elderly. After a refreshment at the Gasthof 'Zum Hirsch' and a detour to the children's playground you can reach the 'Himmelsleiter' - an iron staircase with 120 steps! - climb back to the 'red stone',

In the neighboring village of Oberweißbach you can book horseback rides, as well as carriage and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Even anglers will get their money: Fly and spin fishing for brown trout in the Schwarza, light and Saale or coarse fishing in the nearby fishing paradise in Rottenbach is possible. Ein tolles Gebäude mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Die Abende auf der Terasse am Außenkamin haben echt gut getan. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war ausgezeichnet! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen am Hang mit tollen Blick auf Unterweißbach. Uriges Haus mit Kamin und direkter Lage an einem Wanderweg. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und Hund zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Landschaften und Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Haus mit genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene mit großem Hund. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist die Lage wirklich toll. Man verlässt das Grundstück und ist direkt auf dem Wanderweg, von dem kurze und auch lange Spaziergänge starten kann. In 10 min ist man einen etwas steileren Weg hinab in den Ort gelaufen, um zum Bäcker/kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder in die Gaststätte zu gehen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der große Balkon wurde von uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt und bietet immer einen tollen Ausblick.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
