In the resort Hochkrimml, 5 km from the centre of Königsleiten, 13 km from the centre of Gerlos, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: WiFi, sauna, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bread roll service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Hochkrimml Filzstein" 400 m, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m. Huisje was ruim. Aandachtpunten: * tuin: was meer een veldje, heeft een maaibeurt nodig en je kon er alleen via de slaapkamer komen. De trapzijde vanaf de begane grond was slecht en overgroeid. Er was geen tuintafel. Je kunt wel op het balkon zitten. * balkon: heeft dringend onderhoud nodig, rot hout. * gordijnen: er hangen alleen dunne gordijnen, houden geen licht tegen. We waren vroeg wakker. * afvoerputje wastafel was verstopt. * serviesgoed: versleten, overal stukjes af. * wifi: uitstekend
