2-room apartment "type Salzburg" to 4 persons (about 68 sqm + spacious balcony) in a country house with 3 apartments side by side, each with separate entrance. Living room (30 sqm) with sitting area and dining area, kitchenette. Small hallway. Bath or shower / WC. Wooden stairs from the living room to living room with 2 beds. Two other sleeping arrangements partially double sofa bed in the living room or two beds on one to the living room open gallery.
This peaceful, family-friendly holiday resort in a prime location in the heart of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Excellent transport links (motorway Munich-Salzburg), from exit "Siegsdorf / Ruhpolding" is only a few km to the holiday park. The park is located away from busy cities, yet ideal to reach popular destinations easily and quickly, eg. B. Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee castle, the music city of Salzburg, the salt mine in Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden and the Königsee, Ruhpolding Amusement Park, Inzell and Reit im Winkl. Cosy holiday homes and apartments with wood processing, individually decorated. All apartments and houses with televisions. Free Wi-Fi in the reception area (entrance at the reception). Located on southern and western slopes between meadows and forests. Some of the Homes of trees, shrubs or hedges are surrounded. Healthy air by favorable altitude. Surrounded by farms, quiet valleys and forests with diverse flora and fauna. Rich cultural life (concerts, folklore evenings, museums, "Royal Castle Herrenchiemsee" etc.). In the near and far Supermarkets in Siegsdorf (about 6 km). Collective parking in the Village, at different distances from the houses (20-150 m). Guest and entertainment program in Siegsdorf (nearest town, about 6 km), in Ruhpolding, Inzell and the district town of Traunstein. Please bring your own kitchen linen, bed linen can be rented. In winter: Relaxing winter hikes from the holiday village. The holiday park as well as in the area of cross-country ski with sexy route. Smaller ski lift about 3 km away. The ski areas of all difficulty levels on Hochfelln 14 km, to Winkelmoosalm (gondola, chair lifts) about 27 km. Further skiing on the Untersberg and the Western Mountain. Skating rinks at Inzell and Ruhpolding. Small toboggan hills around the holiday park. (No bus stop in the holiday park). Ski school for alpine and cross-country skiing, children's ski lessons with all-day care and ski rental, from the holiday park about 14 km away. Ideal proximity to the Tyrolean ski resorts.
