About this house rental
This spacious townhome has it all! 4 bedroom/4.5 bath, private hot tub, game room, big windows and amazing views!!! After a long day on the slopes/trails, take a well deserved soak in your private hot tub.
You will enjoy cooking while taking in the mesmerizing views in the open gourmet kitchen complete with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A Thanksgiving dinner-worthy dining table awaits you in the open concept kitchen/family/dining room complete with fireplace and views! Fire up the BBQ and bask in the sun while taking in the serene mountain views from the private deck. Washer/dryer, powder room, and garage access are all located on this floor.
Venture upstairs to find two primary bedrooms each with king beds, large closets, and en-suite bathrooms. One of the primary rooms has stairs leading to an upstairs living area/loft with twin over twin bunk, TV and powder room.
The basement is where the fun is. You’ll find a large flatscreen TV with large sectional couch and new sofa sleeper. Kids and grown-ups alike are sure to love the AIR HOCKEY and SHUFFLEBOARD table! On the far end is a bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and access to the private hot tub, en-suite bathroom that will also have access to game room.
This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
Step out your front door and enjoy access to miles of world class mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing through Red Gate and the Winter Park trail system! Enjoy frequent wildlife sightings of deer, moose, elk, hummingbirds, and fox.
We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Perfect location to winter park ski resort. Plenty of space for large groups of adults or families. Easy check-in

The manager was AMAZINGLY helpful. She spent 30 min talking to me after I booked & shared all kinds of tips & places to go. She also spent another 20 min when we had a few questions whether to bring bikes or not. They had nice bedding, comfy beds & overall things were clean (bathrooms, bedding, sheets & towels clean). Overall for the price however it was not quality because the carpets were stained & ripped and the table was scratched up along with the top of a chair that was broken. The outside table was broken, and my husband had to fix it. The sliding door kept coming off the track and my hubby put it back on but it was just worn out. The hot water heater faulted numerous times & my husband fixed it. The manager had prompt replies but this was nothing that could be fixed right away. This was the most expensive place we’ve stayed & we expected it to be supreme. The kids loved the bunk room, games. The overall house was stocked nicely with things you’d have at home. Beautiful views & convenient location 5 min tk grocery store “Safeway”.
