About this apartment rental
We are now renting out our newly renovated 3-room apartment in the heart of the three-country corner - Germany - Switzerland - France
Our brand new, very quiet apartment was furnished with love and taste by us. The 85sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. There is a parking lot directly in front of it. It has three rooms and a very nice, covered patio, right in front of the kitchen. Of course, our extensive garden can also be used. Garden furniture and deck chairs are ready for you.
The two comfortably furnished bedrooms are furnished with a double bed / box spring bed (180 x 200cm) - a cot is available if required.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, refrigerator, coffee pad machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
There is a Swedish stove in the living room, which creates an idyllic, homely atmosphere in winter.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has a window.
All in all, the apartment is very comfortably and tastefully furnished, located on the edge of Heitersheim, in a very quiet and idyllic location. It has WiFi, two HD TVs (in the living room and bedroom, one with NETFLIX), parquet and stone floors.
Bed linen, shower and towels are provided.

Traum’s appartment is a wonderful accommodation with everything you need in the kitchen and confortable beds. The garden is amazing, our children enjoyed the trampoline and the swimming pool. Heitersheim is also a nice and quiet city, among the vineyards, with some nice restaurants. I strongly recommend.

We loved staying in Andrea and Rolf’s apartment. They were so friendly before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
The garden was amazing, such a great space for enjoying the pool and outside dining area. We found the location fine for travelling to the beautiful Black Forest sights and attractions.

Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage mit Swimmingpool ist einfach klasse. Super ist die wunderschöne Lage des Hauses direkt am Weinberg für‘s Spazierengehen mit oder ohne Hunde mit einer tollen Aussicht in die Rheinebene bis hin zu den Vogesen und auch in den Schwarzwald.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hell. Die Betten waren uns ein wenig zu hart ausgelegt. Wir brauchten ein paar Tage, um uns daran zu gewöhnen. Sehr angenehm sind so wichtige Dinge wie z.B. Kaffeepads, die vorgehalten werden und nach der Ankunft bereits für eine Kaffeepause zur Verfügung stehen. An die Hundis wurde auch gedacht, es gibt‘s Hundenäpfe und eine Ecke für’s Fressen. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Angaben und Bilder der Ferienwohnung treffen zu 100% zu. Nie zuvor waren wir in einer besser ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der Garten ist toll gepflegt. Hier kann man den Urlaub genießen. Frau und Herr Traum sind sehr bemüht um ihre großen und auch kleinen Gäste. Trampolin, Schaukel und Pool ließen für uns als Familie keine Wünsche offen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung aus ganzem Herzen weiter!
