Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Pour :Grande surface, 5ème étage, très belle vue, calme. Une place en garage fermé incluse. Contre : mériterait une rénovation du mobilier et des deux grandes salles de bains qui vieillissent. La literie est à rénover. WiFi trop faible et couvre mal la totalité de l'appartement.

het internet werd zo vlug mogelijk hersteld. De chauffage in de slaapkamers was op het einde van het verblijf nog niet hersteld. Nooit gepoetst onder de kasten en onder de zetels Vriendelijk personeel maar raar dat ze zaten te werken met de deur gesloten en de klanten niet te woord wilden staan buiten de aangeduide uren.
