The small holiday home "Vogel-Nest" is located in a very quiet south-facing slope. The center with all facilities is about 5 minutes away on foot. The ballroom and the cross-country stadium are also nearby.
The shuttle bus stop to the Seegatterl valley station and thus to Winkelmoos-Alm and Steinplatte is in front of the ballroom. In summer, the hiking trails start right outside the house.
Golfers can reach the first cross-border 18-hole course of the Reit im Winkl-Kössen golf club in 4 minutes by car.

It has a living room with a seating area and two country house beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and radio and a WiFi hotspot. In perfekter Lage am Ortsrand von Reit im Winkl ist dieses Ferienhaus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet und groß genug für ein Paar oder eine Familie. Netter Empfang und freundliche Betreuung.
Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass - was bei Ferienwohnungen selten vorkommt - ein großer moderner Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang usw. vorhanden ist.

We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt möglich macht, zwei komplett eingerichtete Etagen, so dass es einem an nichts mangelt. Garage ist auch vorhanden. Das Zentrum ist in 10 min per Fuß bequem zu erreichen, Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren im August mit Kind, Schwager und 2 Hunden in Reit im Winkl im Haus Vogelnest.
Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet und ich muss sagen die Aufteilung war für uns perfekt.
Wenn wir Abends nach tollen Wanderungen ins Haus kamen konnte man sich als erstes gut auf der Terrasse erholen , hatten wir noch Lust waren wir in kurzer Zeit im Ortskern wo zahlreiche Lokale zum einkehren waren.
Auch für kleine Aktionen wie zB. Minigolf oder mal ins Freibad war der Ort sehr schön .
Wir waren nur 8 Tage da und auch in der doppelten Zeit hätten wir noch viel unternehmen können.
War ein toller Urlaub gerne wieder !
