Very attractive, centrally located 53 m2 balcony apartment with comfortable furnishings and romantic Swedish stove as a holiday apartment. The apartment is on the 1st Floor and has a living room with pull-out sofa bed and Swedish stove, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and a dining area and anteroom. The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Nockberge Mountains, which are internationally known as Carinthia's hiking and skiing paradise. The largest natural golf course in Carinthia is in the immediate vicinity. For people who are looking for a wellness lifestyle, two family-oriented thermal baths in the immediate vicinity, as well as the nearby Millstättersee and the Brennsee, offer enough space for rest and relaxation.
The next guest house is located directly above the apartment. The nearest shop is Billa and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Mal eben schnell den Urlaub gerettet!
Wir hatten uns diese Ferienwohnung zwei Tage zuvor abends ausgesucht und sofort gebucht. Komplette Abwicklung und Kommunikation lief reibungslos und online ab. Vorort wurden unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Groß genug - und mit Balkon! - dass einem auch an regnerischen Tagen die Decke nicht auf den Kopf fällt. Ordentlich und sauber, ein Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen. Die nahe gelegene "Hauptstraße" störte uns in keinster Weise, da die Lage insgesamt, zumindest in der Nebensaison, sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung nebst Vermieter sind allemal eine Empfehlung wert.

Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet ( ein wenig mehr Schrankplatz wäre schön). Die sehr nahe Kirche bimmelt auch nachts! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung freundlich und modern. Der Vermieter war für uns immer zu erreichen und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Gegend ist wunderschön.

Wir waren zu zweit im Skiurlaub in Kärnten. Die Schlafcouch mussten wir also nicht testen ;-) Die Wohnung war für uns geräumig genug. Insgesamt war alles sauber und ordentlich und der Kontakt zum Vermieter äußerst freundlich. Für mehr als zwei Personen fehlt es in der Küche definitiv an Besteck, generell fehlen dort ein paar Dinge, wie Dosenöffner, Flaschenöffner oder einer funktionsfähigen Pfanne.
Wer erst gegen Ladenschluss anreist sollte wissen, dass der Kamin auf jeden Fall benötigt wird, um die Zimmer zu heizen - also vorher Feuerholz kaufen oder mitbringen, sonst bleibt es kalt. Wenn man die obere Steinplatte des Kamins entfernt, wärmt es sich dann recht schnell auf. Wir haben gleich zu Beginn die Ofentür mit dem vorhandenen Reinigungsmittel vom Ruß befreit, so konnten wir auch den Feuerschein sehen.
Das Bad hat keine eigene Heizung, was für uns völlig ok war. In der Badewanne kann man unter 1,78 cm bequem aufrecht duschen.
Im Schlafzimmer steht als Ablage ein kleiner Kleiderschrank, der zur Hälfte den Gästen zur Verfügung steht.
