Brand new Sissy villa is located at Platanias, 12 km to Chania and only 180 m from a sandy beach and walk to restaurants, shops and bars. House can accommodate with comfort a big family or a large group of friends in its 300 square meters of property. Pool size is 91 sqm with hydro massage and children pool and BBQ .

Around the pool you can find sun loungers, umbrellas, a lovely garden and a lounge/sitting area. Sissy villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a WC and sleeps up to 9 guests. It provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Property has a wonderful sea view from the top floor balcony where you can enjoy while drinking you coffee.
On the ground level there is a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 9 persons, one bedroom with a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a common WC. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms. In the garage area, you can find a road-access lock-up garage with one car space and direct entry access to the lower floor of the villa.

Notice: The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 80 euros per day to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
