The comfortable property condominium "Voßhörn 26" was completed in late 2013 and has an elevator. The lovingly furnished "Apartment Nr. 6" upstairs is available for the first time use: June 2014.
A living and dining room with access to the southern balcony, a bedroom and a shower-quality bathroom draw from the small cozy apartment.
In the living and dining room there is a modern kitchen with dining table for 3 (4) persons, a sofa that can be variably used as a bed, and a satellite TV and a music system. On the balcony seating for 2 (3) people and a parasol are provided.
The bedroom has 2 beds and a spacious wardrobe.
Living room and bedroom are a valued and low-noise flooring (Tarkett Selection) equipped in wood look for a better indoor climate and a perfect hygiene. Both rooms have electric blinds.
In high-quality bathroom are heated floors, a floor-level shower with glass enclosure and a large towel radiator.
In a separate basement diverse holiday and beach equipment can be parked.
The apartment includes a parking space and a carport for bikes.
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Pets are not welcome.
The road "Voßhörn" is traffic, since it is a dead end with no through traffic.
The tourist center of Duhnen with numerous shops, restaurants and a sea water is very easy to reach on foot or by bike.

Schöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, zum Schwimmbad und zum Ortskern. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Zur Lage der Fewo müssen wir negativ anmerken, dass man sowohl innerhalb der relativ kleinen Wohnung als auch vom Balkon aus immer direkten Sichtkontakt mit der unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Häuserfront hat.
