About this apartment rental
The apartment is right in the center of Levanto,
directly in front of the public park 'Piazza Staglieno' (children's playground) in an antique apartment building in the historic old town. The apartment was completed in mid-August 2009 (complete renovation). It is located on the 1st floor from the park side, but is accessible from a rear entrance without stairs.
It consists of a large bedroom with air conditioning and an extra bed (17sqm), a bathroom with shower that is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, if desired German) , Coffee machine, electric oven and gas stove). The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street. The sofa is a comfortable (new) sofa bed for 2 people, also satellite TV and DVD player.

The location was amazing. There were so many restaurants that we could walk to. We could walk to great hikes. It’s across from the park so the only thing was they had music for two evenings that went until about 1 AM. I didn’t that it was fantastic.

We loved our stay in Levanto. Ula was so kind and so helpful to us. She met as at the property and showed us the unit. Her suggestions for restaurants were spot on. When we checked out we were nervous about our next destination in Stresa, she offered to call the hotel and help with translation. We traveled to Stresa with confidence.The apartment was so centrally located, clean, convenient and a host that cares about your stay. We would love to return!!

My wife and I stayed with our 20 month old for a week in early April and its one of the best Holidays weve had. The apartment is a perfect base for visiting the the Cinque Terre however Levanto itself is a beautiful town and a nice retreat from the busy 5 villages. As we had to get our little one asleep early we cooked for ourselves in the well equipped apartment most evenings. Rather than feeling shut away and missing out on Italian nightlife, we opened the windows and ate our meals to the sound of children and their families enjoying the last few hours of sun in the park outside. It was idyllic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay however it is worth being aware that the cost of utilities (Gas & Electric) are not included in the rent of the apartment, though this should not deter you from booking. Ursula was a brilliant host providing local knowledge and even picked us up, and offered to give us a lift back to the train station, because of our toddler. Its clear why others gave her such praise in reviews I read before booking.
