About this chalet rental

Lovely decorated . 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open, well-equipped kitchen. 2 x balcony above the bedroom and below from the living room facing south to enjoy the sun all day. (Lounger) chairs and table are on the balcony. The Klossherd in the living room gives wonderful warmth and coziness. TV with DvD player and free wifi for guests. The location of the hut is quiet (but not alone). Located on an unpaved side street. Only neighbors come. From the hut it goes right on the hiking trail to the mountain peaks and alpine pastures. The cows graze only a few meters from the house. Dairies can be visited within a few minutes' walk. There is homemade bread, cheese, buttermilk here. You can have a snack here with a wonderful view of the Falkert meadows. If you don't want to cook yourself, let yourself be pampered in one of the 5 restaurants in the village. Bread service is offered. You will then have your fresh breakfast rolls in the morning from 7 a.m. Visit the beautiful warm Carinthian lakes in the area (Wörthersee, Millstättersee) where you can take a wonderful swim.
In winter just 8 minutes on foot to the lifts and the ski school. Quickly back from the slopes to the hut. The trail goes past the house. Tobogganing in the village or skiing on the Falkertsee. Child-friendly ski area and very clear. No waiting in line at the lifts and they mostly live above the clouds (perfect weather!). For ski world championship slopes you are in 15 minutes by car in Badkleinkirchheim.

Die Hütte ist ein perfekter Startpunkt zum Wandern in die Nockberge. Man kann ohne Auto und Seilbahn viele Gipfel erwandern.

Die Fischerhütte ist sauber und klar eingerichtet ohne viel Schnickschnack, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Hervorzuheben ist die Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck und die vollständige Einrichtung der Küche sowie die günstige Lage zwischen Kärtnerhaus (Restaurant/Café), Falkertsee (10 Min. zu Fuß) und Wanderweg (direkt vorm Haus Richtung Fadenberg). Bei schönem Wetter herrlicher Blick auf den Falkertspitz. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Hütte mit 4 Erwachsenen aber "voll", da die Stube nicht allzu viel Platz bietet und das Sofa nur Platz für 2-3 sitzende Pers. bietet. Das Internet funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafräume sind nicht allzu groß, so dass ein mitgebrachtes Kinderreisebett gerade so reinpasst. Die 6 Schlafplätze verteilen sich über 2 Doppelbetten in getrennten Zimmern sowie ein kleines Einzelzimmer (mit Saunaglastür! also nicht geeignet für Privatssphäre) und das Sofa (entsp. einer Matratze) in der Stube. Spülmittel und Lappen sowie Gewürze, Öl sind teilweise von vorherigen Gästen vorhanden und können ggfs. bei Bedarf nachgekauft werden. Hand- und Geschirrhandtücher müssen mitgebracht werden, was etwas unpraktisch ist. Bitte beachten, dass die Stromkosten u.U. auch separat berechnet werden. Die Brötchen (und Croissants, Brezeln, Körnerbrötchen) vom Kärntnerhaus, die praktischerweise nach Bestellung am Vortag (täglich oder für einen Zeitraum mit Bezahlung vorab) direkt an die Haustür geliefert werden, waren allerdings nicht überragend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat auf Änderungsanfragen flexibel reagiert sowie alle Infos zur Hütte und Check-in detailliert beschrieben.
