Limburg City can be reached on a leisurely walk in 20 minutes via the cycle paths in the Lahn meadows.
Purchase markets (Lidl, Kaufland and bakers and butchers) nearby.
Near the apartment there is a bus stop and the station Staffel.
Newly renovated apartment with approx. 50 sqm on the first floor. All windows have shutters and insect screens.
Bedroom with double bed 1.60 x 2.00, armchair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Kitchen fully equipped with induction stove, fridge with 3 star tray, coffee maker, toaster and kettle
Living room: LED TV, sofa bed, relax lounger, optional for an additional charge also use of the pellet stove
Bathroom: shower, toilet, vanity with many shelves, hair dryer is available.
Roof terrace approx. 9 sqm with table and deck chairs.
Free parking in front of the house in the traffic-calmed area. Bring your own bicycles can be stored in the carport.
For children, a baby cot and high chair can be provided for a one-time fee of 5 €. Play equipment in the garden with swing and slide can be shared, in the summer also a children's trampoline.

The accommodation represented value for money. It was in a good location, within walking distance ( a nice walk) of Limburg an der Lahn, which is a nice town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants. In the evening, we used the kitchen in the apartment, which had a fridge and an induction hob. We particularly liked sitting on the terrace in fine weather. The family were very pleasant and helpful.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Limburg an der Lahn sehr genossen. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte die Wohnung von Familie Hübl. Sie ist sehr schön und es war alles da, was man braucht. Abgesehen von der Dachterrasse würden uns noch Tisch und Stühle direkt ans Ufer der Lahn gestellt. Es war himmlisch. Alle waren sehr freundlich und offen. Wir werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
