Points positifs: excellent emplacement, fidèle à la description. Points d'amélioration: il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que cet appartement soit vraiment confortable malgré son age. Mais quelques petits points d'amélioration subsistent: il faudrait une meilleure évacuation au dessus des plaques de cuisson (il fait vite bleu lorsqu'on cuisine), pas de micro-ondes, four très vieux, coussins de lit pas confortables... Avec quelques petits investissements, cet appartement serait très bien.

Beau petit appartement sans plus qui aurait besoin d'un rajeunissement au niveau de la salle d'eau. Le séjour est correct mais la télévision devrait être changée parce que le son n'est pas top du tout (les jours de mauvais temps c'est cool d'avoir une télé).
