About this apartment rental
Our cozy upper floor apartment "Watzmann" is absolutely suitable for non-smokers and offers through its rural ambience relaxation and recreation for 2 persons.
It is cozy and lovingly furnished without "frills" and luxury, but has everything you need at an exceptional altitude in the middle of nature.
It consists of a separate bedroom with double bed and a living room with modern couch; Separated kitchen with comfortable seating area and a master bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, spacious vanity and toilet; A large balcony with a view to the valley and the mountain scenery of Berchtesgaden.
In the price included:
*Bed linen; hand, bath and kitchen towels; parking
The price does not include:
*the tourist tax: €2.60 per person per day
*Renting in winter is possible on request.
*Despite the exposed altitude of 1050 m, we are easily reachable.
*In case of extreme snow conditionsthere is a suitable parking space a distance of 200m. Winter gear required.
the change of the year in a quiet, spiritual mountain atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle is our motto in New Year's Eve.
House rules:
* Non-smoking: absolutely no smoking on the entire site! A confirmation must be submitted before the booking
* No pet!
* Adult accommodation
* No open fire like Barbecue or candles etc.

Unglaublich tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung mit 2 sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine unbezahlbare Aussicht auf die Berge. Wanderwege sind direkt vor der Haustür. Dies war für uns der 2. Aufenthalt bei Familie Theis und bestimmt nicht der letzte. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Sabine u. Uwe

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Stauraum findet sich mehr als genug und die Aussicht ist ein absoluter Traum!
Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig.
