Available: boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) at 500 m public parking 70 m on the road extra. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach, pebble beach, rocky beach 150 m, diving center 6 km. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 1 km, riding stable 25 km. Nearby attractions: amusement park 5.5 km. The owner organizes boat trips to the nearby islands and places (extra).

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Ortskern von SV. Filip I Jakov. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Räume unten bleiben auch bei Hitze kühl. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und hat alles, was man braucht. Am genialsten fanden wir die Dachterrasse. Von dort hatten wir Blick über die Ortschaft aufs Meer. Der Aperitif abends dort oben ist ein Highlight. Wer allerdings Schwierigkeiten mit steilen Treppen hat, für den ist die Wohnung evtl. nicht zu empfehlen.

Apartament nie nadaje się dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi bo 100m2 rozlozonych jest na 4 poziomych z krętymi schodami. Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej części miejscowości. W kuchni jest tylko bardzo małe okienko więc dla mnie mieszkanie jest za ciemne, ponure. Klimatyzacja tylko w pokoju na 2 piętrze więc osoby z pokoju na 1 piętrze musiały się posługiwać wiatrakiem który nie dawał rady w upał Według mnie mieszkanie jest nie jest warte tej ceny którą zapłaciliśmy. Plus to taras i wyposażenie kuch
