About this house rental
The lovingly newly renovated family home with approx. 100sqm will definitely meet your good taste. Fully furnished house with designer furniture in a quiet residential area. Very nice real wood parquet floor.
By bike at ground level in less than 5 minutes at the lake. There are shopping opportunities within walking distance.
In the beautiful 400 sqm garden there is a pavilion for relaxing hours during the day or in the evening.
Beach chairs are available.
2 TVs, once in the bedroom and in the living-dining area with cable connection
Parking space available.
Dog owners and four-legged friends are very welcome in my house.
I ask for your understanding that I charge a fee of 5.00 euros per dog and day. Thank you very much.

The property is ideally situated for exploring the major sites of Lake Constance. It is very pet-friendly with a safely-enclosed garden. A very good supermarket is within easy walking distance. Off road parking is available. The property is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. It is very warm, well-equipped and comfortable. One non-functioning light was immediately repaired by the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Erg mooie en schone vakantiewoning. Mooi ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
De gastvrouw is erg aardig en onze honden hebben het ook erg fijn gehad. Prachtige omgeving. Bodensee op 20min. loopafstand.
