About this farm stay rental
Our 150 year old and stylishly renovated house has ground floor and 1st floor. Total about 130 square meters with inclines in. 1 OG. Max. 5 people. Optimal are 2-3 adults and two children. The place is close to all local attractions and. A house of this kind can be found in the area a second time. It differs quite extreme from the usual holiday homes. It is equipped with great attention to detail. You feel very safe and it is ideal to retreat from the hectic world. On comfort must not be waived.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, oven and dishwasher.
Crockery and cooking utensils are sufficiently available, as well as a capsule coffee machine, espresso machine for the stove, milk frother, toaster, kettle and a large fridge.
The house is equipped with towels, linens and kitchen towels in sufficient numbers.
There is central heating, which ensures a pleasant warmth in the Wintermonmaten. For cozy warmth, or Alternatively, there are several heating stoves available. Firewood is plentiful in the garden shed, and can be fired without additional costs.
In the bathroom is a washing machine available.
The sleeping accommodation broken down as follows:
1 double bed (2 x 2 meters) in the living / bedroom on the 1st floor (traditionally the master bedroom)
1 single bed (90cm x 2.00 meters) on the ground floor in closed rooms
1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) in an open area. 1 OG, separate with curtain (great for kids)
In the living / bedroom there is a huge couch area with TV, satellite and DVD player. A small collection of children's DVD's is available.
On the ground floor rooms, a large selection of games with all the classic games is at your disposal.

Items of daily use such as spices, vinegar and oil, Kleenex, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, liquid, wine, etc. are available and can also be used or consumed. We only ask to get something new when it is consumed.

We were very impressed with the lovely cottage, better in real life than in the photos. We spent Christmas here and it had all the things we needed. Warm and cosy, plenty of bedding and fire wood. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Christmas Day feast and had lots of useful items only a well stocked home would have. We were very lucky to have lots of snow which made it even more magical. Alice was very good at responding to any queries. Great location for the Bavarian mountains. The children loved it and was very suitable for their ages 2 and 5. Many thanks for a lovely Christmas.

Sauber, ruhig, grün, viele Vorräte vorhanden, sehr persönliche Einrichtung, rundum sorglos.
Leider keine Gaststätten oder Geschäfte im Ort, muss man halt fahren.

Ein sehr liebe volles Objekt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir fanden es mega schön und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt 😊 werden auf auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Es war einfach perfekt 😊
