About this campground/ rv resort rental
Waterfront Mobile home on beautiful, clear Lake Keowee. Large grassed yard going to lake and boat dock (you can tie your boat to dock). Carpeted, screened-in deck facing lake. Central air conditioner, microwave, electric stove/oven, stacked washer/dryer, tub/shower, fully furnished (linens, towels, soap, dishes, silverware, etc.) and BBQ gas grill.
No dishwasher, phone, or cable TV. Has 2 TV's both with DVD players. Home is in a residential area of approx. 14 other families on two points, there are no other rentals and owner lives next door to Mobile home. Elevation is 800 ft. 15 miles to NC line and 2200 ft. elevation, 55 min. to Highlands, NC elevation approx. 4000 ft. Lake Keowee is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge/Great Smoky Mtns. Lake is 25 miles long with 388 miles of shoreline. Mobil home is within a mile of the upper end of the lake. Lake Jocasse dam is a mile away north and Lake Hartwell dam is 24 miles south via water. If you want to spend time on Lake Jocassee, the lake above Lake Keowee, you are about 3 miles from the Jocassee boat ramp at Devil’s Fork State Park. Jocassee is a very beautiful lake.
Arrival and Leave Times: Check in time is 3 PM on day of arrival and if no one is occupying the property before you, you can come earlier.
Check out time is 11 AM on day of departure, but again as stated above if no one is renting the property after you, call and you may get permission to stay later than 11 AM.

This is in a great location and it was a great place to bring the boat. The host is nice and knowledgeable about the lake and area.

Beautiful lake view in a quiet safe neighborhood. Everything is maximized for comfort and use. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved the place and so did my kids and husband. We would live there if we could. It was nice to be unplugged from wifi and enjoy family time. Our kids even stopped arguing as much and just enjoyed themselves. Their laughter and enjoyment of the place was amazing. We had the time of our lives and brought back memories from when we were kids. I highly recommend staying here. We have every intention of booking it again. Also the owner is extremely nice and wonderful personal. Everything is original and also just a quiet peaceful place. It really is exceptional and great.

This is a beautiful lot with great lake access. We loved sitting on the porch and hang around in the yard and in and around the lake. Very relaxing!!
The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The trailer is small but good for a family with small kids for a few days. Most equipment and furnishing is older but in good shape and well thought through.
Overall it’s a great weekend escape. You can even dock a boat if you bring one. The little beach with shallow water is a plus for smaller kids.
