About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on a former farm renovated in 2014 in the municipality of Schliersee. The apartment is on the ground floor and has an absolute south-facing location with a terrace.
It consists of a cozy living room with kitchen, dining table (original from the old courtyard), couch (also 3rd bed), television etc., a bedroom with a double bed and double-leaf patio door, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. In front of the apartment there is approx. 20 square meters of wooden terrace for the sole use of the tenants. Garden furniture, loungers, parasol, grill are available.
The Pürstling Hof is located away from through traffic at the foot of a southern slope. The location is so convenient that even chestnuts thrive there.
The center of Schliersee can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Here you can find e.g. B. a fantastic baker who offers fresh rolls and pretzels from 5 a.m.
The nearby area offers a wide range of destinations for those looking for relaxation: of course the Schliersee (5min by car, 10min by bike), the Tegernsee (15min by car, 45min by bike), the Alpine region Tegernsee Schliersee with yours countless hiking trails, mountain bike trails and alpine pastures. But Munich and Salzburg can also be reached within an hour.
The ski areas Spitzing See and Sudelfeld can be reached within 30 minutes, a variety of ski tours are also in the vicinity. The landlords will be happy to assist you in selecting suitable destinations in all seasons.
Our vet practice (for small animals) is also on the farm, there are also two horses, a cat and a large white Maremano male and a Maremano female.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. Christian was a great host. He encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything or had any concerns (we did not have any problems). He had a great book of hiking routes and things to do in the area. The bakery he suggested was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.
