Unit 10 is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment – Located on the lower level (underneath units 11 and 12) The “Captain’s Quarters” offers a private space for the entire crew. The furnishings are colorful and whimsical. It is handicapped accessible (no stairs) and pet friendly. See our Hotel Policy for additional information regarding bringing your pet(s). 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds All bedrooms share the hall bathroom (shower over tub) There is a spacious living room, full sized kitchen and dining area with peninsula. (seats six) The kitchen includes an electric stove/oven refrigerator/freezer dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, dishes, utensils and cookware. There is an ocean view across the courtyard lawn from the dining room and living room windows.

Clean, close to the beach, friendly & welcoming owners, and dog friendly. We stayed with our four kids and dogs. Plenty of room for everyone and a very close walk to the beach. We had a great time. Thank you so very much!

Every other year we come out to Lincoln City for the 4th of July. This was our first time staying at this location. I was very happy with the grounds service and living area. Our next trip back can’t come soon enough!

Great location and very comfortable beach cottage feel. The property was clean and the hostess, Lisa, was very accessible and a huge help with questions, needs. We will definitely return here. Great place for our dog also

We really enjoyed our trip with our 4 adult children. This unit was perfect! We were able to cook most our meals to save a little money. Kitchen well stocked. Quick walk to the beach, just across the street! Would stay again!
