About this house rental
This beautiful and exclusive property in a good location, not far from the medieval town of Tinjan, invites you to relax and feel good. On the 4000 m2 large, well-maintained property there are three well-equipped residential units. They all consist of living area and kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Bathroom no. 6 is in a separate building in the garden. The apartments also have a shared outdoor pool, sauna and gym. 5 bicycles are available, with which guests can explore the beautiful area and other parts of Istria. The property is almost 100 years old, but was completely renovated in 2007 and furnished with tasteful and rustic furniture. Visit Tinjan, which is known as the town of dried ham - Prsut. You can explore this area very well on hiking or biking trails, here you can do both equally well, relax or spend an active vacation. We recommend you to visit the wine roads of the region and the picturesque small towns inland and of course the famous bathing beaches of Rabac and Opatija on the east coast. You should also visit the Cave Baredine! Explore the small, medieval towns in the area such as Motovun, where the annual international film festival takes place at the end of July, or Hum, considered the smallest town in the world. Drive along the wine route and taste delicious, locally produced wines and discover how delicious prsut, a smoked ham, or truffles taste, which are offered in many konobas.

Uns hat das fast schon feudale Anwesen sehr sehr gut gefallen.
Für einen Urlaub mit der gesamten Familie ist es perfekt geeignet (wir waren 13 Personen). Die 3 Häuser lassen genug Raum für Privatsphäre. Das gesamte Objekt ist liebevoll restauriert und dekoriert. Das Maß an bei der Planung bedachten Details hinsichtlich Nutzung und Esthetik ist nahezu vollkommen ausgeschöpft. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten der Beschäftigung auf dem Grundstück oder in der Umgebung. Fahrräder, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Dart, Billard, Badminton - es ist alles da! Zum Joggen fanden wir eine perfekte 6 km Runde.
Wir haben die Ruhe in der teilweisen Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Es gibt kaum Nachbarn und man ist völlig ungestört. Besonders Nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen kleineren Lebensmittelladen in Tinjan (morgens frisches Brot+Brötchen). Für den Großeinkauf ist Porec besser zu erreichen als Rovinj. Zum Meer ist es ein Stück zu fahren. Für Ausflüge innerhalb Istriens ist die Ausgangsposition perfekt. Bisher gab es für uns kein schöneres „Ferienhaus“ (Untertreibung) in Kroatien und wir würden jederzeit gern wieder dort hin zurück kehren.

Wir waren 3 Familien und würden sofort wiederkommen. Die zwei Wochen hier haben uns völlig entschleunigt, der Alltag zuhause war ganz weit weg und jeder hat sich wohl gefühlt. Sei es beim Plantschen im Pool, bei sportlichen Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis, Volley-/Fußball, beim Grillen etc.
Da das Anwesen etwas abseits der Ortschaften liegt, ist es hier sehr ruhig, bis auf das Vogelgezwitscher, das man auch nachts hat. Tiere haben wir auch allerlei gesehen, angefangen von den vielen Schmetterlingen über Tausendfüßler und Skorpione sowie Marder, Fuchs und Reh. Das einzige, das etwas gestört hat, waren die vielen Bienen um den Pool rum. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück stehen diverse Bienenkästen und die Bienen kommen zum trinken...
Die Wohnungen sind ausreichend ausgestattet und vor allem der Außenbereich ist mit vielen schönen Details gestaltet worden. Wir hätten es durchaus noch länger hier ausgehalten;-)
