Emplacement top, la vue depuis la terrasse magnifique, environnement calme et appartement très lumineux. Femme de ménage très gentille et accueillante, elle donne des conseils quand on lui pose des questions.
Certaines choses dans l’appartement était usées, fissurés sur la plaque de cuisson, sur une fenêtre mais petits détails minimes par rapport à l’ensemble des qualités de cette location.

Perfekte Lage zw. Vieux Port und Le Panier, tolle Verkehrsanbindung mit 4 Buslinien innerhalb 3 Gehminuten, die Aussicht, 2 Aufzüge im Haus, komfortables Apartment mit umfangreicher Küchenausstattung, super Aussenjalousien ringsum, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, 2 Schlafräume, sehr gute Infrastruktur rundherum (Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.), funktionierende Lampen und genug Warmwasser, funktionelles Bad, Wochenkarte für alle Verkehrsmittel um 15,50€, viele Ausflugs- und Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten per Bus, Tram oder Bahn

Meine Frau hat mit Ihren Kindern die Wohnung belegt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und sie liegt zenral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man hat auch eine gute Aussicht.
Die Wohnung ist stark renovierungsbedüftig(Badezimmer: Haken, Küche: Herd, Steckdosen). besonders die Elektrik und die Ausstattung der Küche. Die Wohnung wird vermutlich stark frequentiert und ist daher in einem schlechten Zustand.
