About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the groundfloor of the Villa and consists of one living room with dining corner and two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. Kitchenette with 4 stoves and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. SAT-TV, hi-fi system (radio, CD, MC), DVD. A furnished terrace-garden for your dining "al fresco", barbecue, football pitch, seesaw, volleyball court and games for children, bicycles, ping pong table and common parking lot. Guest laundry room, we have also a babycot and a highchair available for our little guests.
Amenities at Quiet, in the roman countryside, at the gates of the city with pool and WiFi.

Die gepflegte, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft auf dem Pinienhügel bietet alles zum Wohlfühlen, für Kinder und Erwachsene. In nahen Dörfern finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, weitere Ziele rundum - Meer, Städte, Berge - sind gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und doch ist es am schönsten wieder "zu Hause": schwimmen im Pool, in Ruhe lesen, selbst kochen während etwa die Kinder Fußball spielen oder mit dem Rad fahren, gemeinsam auf der Terrasse essen.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ein wunderbares Anwesen mit großem Garten - auch für Stunden der Ruhe zwischendurch, eine hervorragend Deutsch sprechende Vermieterin mit äußerst hilfreichen Tipps für Rom und Umgebung, und, und, und...

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt.
Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt.
Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden.
Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet.
Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum.
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
