About this house rental
Nice cottage in a residential complex with communal pool and lake view. The house is on three floors. 1st floor: entrance, bright living room with kitchenette and panoramic terrace for outdoor meals or aperitifs. On the first floor: bathroom, two bedrooms from which a partially terraced garden is accessible (access via a small staircase). In the basement: open double bedroom and private bathroom (the windows face a cavity between two walls). For relaxation, the small residential complex offers its guests a swimming pool. The convenient location is ideal to discover the beauties of Lake Garda: the famous Salò with museums, restaurants and stores is 8.5 km away; Toscolano Maderno with picturesque hiking trails 14.5 km; Gardone Riviera with the Vittoriale 9.6 km; Sirmione with its thermal baths 37 km. By boat you can also reach the picturesque villages on the eastern shore of the lake. Lake Garda is also ideal for sports such as canoeing, sailing, surfing, boating, sport fishing, diving, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. Nearby, nature parks and water parks await you for the entertainment of every age group. WLan up to 1 GB/per day max.

Summary of reviewsThe view from the balcony is a true dream, inviting for a glass of wine in the evenings. The location is decent for those with a car, but the accommodation itself is a bit outdated and not very clean. The positive aspect is the stunning view of the lake.

Honestly it is not easy to write a Review about the stay.
Why well, the view itself is really amazing. The living room and Terrasse with this view is perfect.
But the rest, well. The House is like a lighthouse Tower with three Levels.
First one is the living room and kitchen, then the stairs going down to the two sleeping rooms and the bath. Somehow we didnt feel comfortable. Everything already a Little bit old and the bath was all painted over in White. but you saw the dirt coming through in all Corners.
The next lower Level is a real cellar place where another sleeping area with bath is located. But very humid and smells like a wet cellar. We called it the Bunker :)
In total it is not really bad, but also not really comfortable and what I really didnt like was that in the end we had to pay additional 100€ for Gas and Water plus the 20€ cleaning cost per Person, also each for your to babies. This is was not really understandable.
Also the parking is a quite Long way to the Apartment which was a Little bit annoying.
So still in total not bad but for us not a place where we will spend your vacantion again
