We absolutely loved the eco hut. It has absolutely everything you could need to stay there and cook for a few days. Great bbq. Really lovely kitchen pieces too; le cresuet stove top kettle and lovely mugs. We loved that there was wallabies and rabbits in the garden every evening. We loved that it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurant ‘The Hub’ which we really recommend. It has great pizza, beer and ice cream and lovely Tasmanian wine. The owners had also left beach towels which was so helpful. The outdoor shower is superb and so hot, loved it.
Honestly there is nothing for us to complain about other than the fact that it is v v dark at night around the property. There is no outdoor lights or solar lights so walking up the driveway and heading to the bathroom at night was a bit scary.

It's a beautifully designed space. Felt really peaceful and warm and we were surrounded by beautiful nature!
Knives in kitchen were hard to work with and no shampoo and conditioner and I wasn't prepared!! But didn't matter. The soap was lovely and smelled great.

Its a great place if you want to not stay in a tent and want to do a lot of walking around Bay of Fires. Very clean and outside toilet immaculate
The two chairs provided were uncomfortable for reading or relaxing. It was cold. It was difficult to navigate at night - up and down stairs then outside to toilet with wash sink in house not near toilet - not to be recommended for mature traveller.
