The detached villa is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny, secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

A heating facility does not exist. The rooms are divided as follows: Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Baška, district of Draga Bašćanska. The villa is located on a garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.
