Calahonda 15 km from Marbella: Apartment block, built in 2002. In the centre of Calahonda, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, parking (limited number of spaces), public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Calahonda" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 2 km.
"Calahonda Royale", 3-room apartment 71 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, hi-fi system, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. The apartment so bright and spacious and the sun room calming. There was everything we needed for our stay and it was great to be able to walk the short way to the local beach. East transport links and gated parking. Booking and meeting our host was straightforward and we had no reason to contact him for the rest of our stay. Perhaps having some water in the fridge would have been a nice extra but the teabags and coffee already in the cupboard was helpful and appreciated. Would stay again

Se trata de una zona urbanizada muy tranquila. La terraza está orientada hacia una calle cortada que no tiene tráfico ni paso de personas,por lo que te permite disfrutar de mayor tranquilidad. Al tratarse de un segundo piso es muy caluroso, hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones aunque no son suficientes. Estaría bien que las ventanas y acceso a la terraza tuvieran mosquiteras, ya que en esa zona son muy necesarias.
