About this apartment rental

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

2½-room apartment on the ground floor, 53m2. Entrance with hall stand. Living/dining room with a sofa bed (160x200). Radio, TV and phone. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Fondue oven available. Double room with double bed (160x210). Bath/toilet/sink. Terrace facing northwest. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared washing room and ski room. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Prüveda was built in 1994 in the Engadine style and is located outside of the village centre. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run during the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
