About this house rental
The cottage in the popular Øer is located within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach. Here you can be active and also fish from the shore. Visit Øer Maritime Ferienpar with its many activities (fee required). Djursland is an oasis for the whole family, where a longer vacation or a shorter stay is ideal. Everything your heart desires in terms of activities, nature experiences, attractions and sightseeing can be found close by. If you are interested in churches, e.g. Jutland's only round church, castles and country estates, this is the right place. Children will love a visit to the amusement park Djurs Sommerland. Experience the special atmosphere of a trading town in Ebeltoft, where the pedestrian zone offers many small specialty stores and good restaurants, at the end of the pedestrian zone is the beautiful old town hall. The frigate Jylland, Ree Park and the animal park Skandinavisk Dyrpark are also worth a visit. The bunk beds are most suitable for children.

Wir waren mit 7 Leuten (4 Männer 34-42, 2 Frauen 25 und 38 und Kind 11) in dem Objekt.
Den Frauen war es anfangs leider ein bisschen zu schmutzig, für die Männer war es eigentlich soweit okay. Da für die Reinigung scheinbar ausschliesslich (so wie wir das verstanden haben) die Vormieter verantwortlich sind, wird die Sauberkeit vermutlich jedes mal abweichen. Wir hätten lieber eine Endreinigung bezahlt, da das saubermachen vor dem auschecken eher lästig ist.
Das Haus hat eine gute Lage mit schöner Terrasse und Garten.
Zum Wasser sind es 5min Fussweg, zu dem schöneren Strandabschnitt, an denen man besser liegen kann, ca 10-15min.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so das uns eigl nichts fehlte. Aussreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. Basics wie Pfeffer, Salz, öl etc waren auch vorhanden.
Bettwäsche war leider nicht vorhanden. Da wir das nicht wussten, musste teilweise welche nachgekauft werden. Da wir erst spät in der Nacht eingecheckt haben, war die erste nacht leider ein bisschen schwierig.
Weiterhin ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Es gibt keine wirkliche chance sich vorsichtig zu bewegen, ohne das jemand wach wird. Genauso wenig kann man In aller ruhe seine Klogänge absolvieren, ohne das die im Zimmer nebenan etwas davon mitkriegen.
Unser Fazit: keine Luxusbude, aber für den Preis war alles gut.
