About this house rental
The Haus am Ried in Schwerzenbach is a holiday home for five people. (In exceptional cases a 6th Person). It is only used as a holiday home for private individuals and not for shops or. for work assignments (e.g. Fitters) rented. The house is located directly on the nature reserve and is still only 15 minutes from the center of Zurich by S-Bahn. From Haus am Ried you have a wonderful view of a reed-covered moor area (Ried), of the Greifensee itself (435 m above sea level). M.) and on the mountains behind (Pfannenstiel chain). In the early morning and in the evening you can watch many birds from the house and, with a little luck, deer in the reed.

Great location close to Zurich but you can walk out of the door onto an extensive trail network that surrounds Griefensee.

We stayed here for a month while we moved to Switzerland. What a location... beautiful view of the lake and mountains and a short bike ride to the swimming area.
