Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt am Rand der Altstadt von Fazana nur durch eine sehr ruhige Straße vom Meer getrennt und nahe an den Badebuchten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick von dort und aus der Küche, die ebenfalls im Dachgeschoss untergebracht ist. Man schaut aufs Meer Richtung Brioni Nationalpark und kann von dort den Sonnenuntergang sehen.
Schnell erreicht man mit dem Auto Pula.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen.
Gute Aufteilung der Wohnung für Familien mit größeren Kindern; durch die steilen Treppen für kleine Kinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen weniger geeignet.
Die Wohnung hatte ein paar kleinere Mängel, z.B. Kanalgeruch im Bad, defekte Lampen, das warme Wasser des Boilers reicht nicht aus um die Badewanne zu füllen.
Die Heizung des kompletten Stockwerks erfolgt durch nur ein Klimagerät, so dass man die Türen nicht schließen konnte, weil es sonst in den Zimmern viel zu kalt wurde. Es gibt keine Jalousien oder Rolläden vor den Fenstern.

Geräumige Wohnung in einer idealen Lage. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist traumhaft. Lediglich ein Sonnenschirm fehlt, da es dort sehr heiß wird und auch keinen Schutz gegen einige Regentropfen gibt.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. The apartment was great - with a rooftop deck where we ate breakfast and dinner. The owners were very helpful- met us when we arrived late in the evening and explained a bit about the area. It is right on the promenade next to the sea, so might be noisy in July and August- but it was a great place to be when we were there. The kids could go out and run around. Easy to arrange to take boat to Brijuni (highly recommended) or drive to Pula or Rovinj. Supermarket is close by- and lots of restaurants. Beaches are typical of Croatia- but still beautiful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
