About this apartment rental
Attractive, sunny and fully equipped apartment on the top (second) floor in close proximity to the popular resorts of Garda and Bardolino with just over 10 minutes from the Garda lake, the mountains and about 30 minutes from Verona. Spacious apartment, 95 m², fully tiled, with spacious living room with large sofa and open kitchen with dining table (total 36 m², dishwasher available), 2 bedrooms (13 and 16 m²), shower room with toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine (4.5 m²), large balcony to the south and west side (17 m²) with access from the living room and kitchen / dining area, conservatory to the east side. On the closed by a gate land is a parking space available. A separate part of the garden belongs exclusively to the apartment, also a shared garden with lawn, swimming pool and some play equipment. The apartment has a TV satellite dish, allowing the reception of German programs. The view from the apartment goes for kilometers into the distance ('vista panoramica') about the extensive wine-growing areas all the way up to Mount Baldo, where you can see the snow-capped until the spring. Hiking or biking tours, sometimes even for demanding riders, motorcycle rides, mountain biking, paragliding ("Deltaland", and of course swimming and bathing in and around Lake Garda open up numerous recreational opportunities. Very popular with children, the Gardaland-recreational paradise close location. For those who prefer such. B. the Custuzo, Lugana or Bardolino Chiaretto tasting (or enjoy on the balcony) or would like to go to the opera in the arena after Verona, which offer all these options with little time.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Es gibt immer einen freien Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Anlage mit dem Parkplatz ist mit einem elektronischen Rolltor gesichert. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Möbel und Einrichtung sind in einem wirklich sehr guten Zustand und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt. Bei der Anfahrt war die Wohnung schwer zu finden, da Google Maps die genaue Adresse nicht kannte, aber Herr Staupe hat uns telefonisch sofort und sehr nett geholfen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort Urlaub machen.

Wohnung etwas abseits des Massentourismus, nah zum Gardasee und nach Verona. Echte Italien-Atmosphäre, geräumige bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung abseits des Gardasee-Rummels. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist bis auch zu den kleinen Details perfekt ausgestattet. Selbst die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Selbst ist die Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage welche ansonsten nur von Einheimischen bewohnt wird. Es macht einen sehr familiären Eindruck und ein Gefühl richtig in Italien zu sein. Zum Gardasee sind es ein paar Minuten und wer in die Berge will kann sofort losgehen. Für die die große Kultur genießen wollen sind ruckzuck in Verona und wenn es neben der Natur noch den Drang zum Erlebnispark geben soll, dann ist in der Nähe das Gardaland mit Sealife.
Wer es ruhig brauch wird auch dieses finden. Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Teenagern, einem Kleinkind und Hund haben uns allesamt wohlgefühlt. Ciao
